Born from the meeting of Francesca and Valeria, two young girls from Bari passionate about cooking and food culture, Cime di Web is a cooking lab and private restaurant which, through cooking classes, catering and culinary events, communicates the philosophy of good food, promotes products and raw materials of the Apulian territory and meets the requests for alternative menus (0 km, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free). Today Cime di Web is a DaRò Wellness Cuisine partner, a project conceived by Dr. Dalila Roglieri, biologist nutritionist, aimed at transmitting a new ideal of well-being at the table thanks to balanced dishes, created with a careful selection of ingredients and prepared with cooking techniques innovative.

1) With Cime di Web you have made cooking your job and you have created a Cooking Lab and a Catering service. How did this project come about?
CIME DI WEB is a project born in 2013, to give a fresh and tasty cut to the usual cooking pages.
In 2017 we created a point of reference in Bari for all lovers of good food, a welcoming and friendly multifunctional space open to experts, simple curious, amateurs who want to have fun cooking, tasting, learning, making mistakes in the name of being together
Four main functions of the space:
- Social Kitchen
- Cooking courses
- Event location / Exhibition space
- Private Restaurant

Catering: Cime di Web offers creative gastronomic advice that ranges from the design to the creation and execution of the menu, through a careful selection of raw materials to obtain the healthiest and tastiest possible result.

Cooking courses: A thematic gastronomic itinerary with infinite possibilities; from traditional Italian cuisine to international contaminations but also courses designed ad hoc to satisfy all requests, such as vegetarian, vegan cooking courses, cooking courses and proper nutrition.

Private Restaurant: Ideal for a lunch break, but also a snack on the beach. an innovative idea that combines the comfort and privacy of a home living room with the care and refinement of a restaurant, where everything is prepared in real time before your eyes.

2) Cime di Web supports the DaRò project. What do you expect from this collaboration?
The expansion of our range of proposals, assisted by professionals in the sector to offer an increasingly complete and customizable service.

3) Last but not least, tell us the dish you love most to cook (and eat)
We are cooks but also "good forks", we love to research and taste quality products and experiment with the various combinations, always trying to choose the best cooking techniques to preserve their taste and nutritional characteristics. Among the recipes that we love most we mention the "Cime di Paella", a classic of Spanish cuisine revisited in a web style to make it even healthier and tastier. Basically, we conceived it as a vegetarian, but if you want to add animal proteins, we recommend opting for those of fish, such as clams, monkfish or octopus.
The desire for freshness and to combine some of our typical products have also inspired the barley salad with arugula pesto, almonds, green beans, cherry tomatoes and marzotic ricotta and the salad with arugula, zucchini, peaches and feta, a very tasty summer salad, quick to prepare and certainly successful.
Finally, we cannot help but love the apple, cinnamon and hazelnut tartlets: the flavor of these tartlets bring back memories of childhood, grandmothers in the kitchen and Sunday breakfasts. Also try the dessert version with a plate accompanied by a light spiced English cream or vanilla ice cream.
