Misticanza is the first restaurant in Rome with a new and delicious approach to vegetarian cuisine where you can eat a proposal of a mainly plant-based level, but tasteful and never banal. Experimenting, combining, creating are the watchwords for Marta, hostess of Misticanza who studies a menu with different dishes that are not simple traditional dishes purged of meat and fish, but recipes that have their own precise identity.

The Misticanza menu is essential but original: 16 dishes, from appetizers to desserts, on the menu according to the seasons and the availability of suppliers, all strictly organic. Among the Misticanza proposals we find original recipes such as the beetroot flan, the homemade Cappellacci with mushroom broth and parmigiana or the cabbage millefeuille.

The wine list was compiled by the sommelier Marco Brandoni and features a selection of organic labels.
