It has been 20 since Natale Martucci decided that he would open his restaurant in Montedoro, in Noci (BA).

In recent years Il Falco Pellegrino has become a dream come true where the chef has been able to combine the gastronomic tradition of the region and the territory with a continuous search for solutions and combinations.

 

In the kitchen of Il Falco Pellegrino you create, mix ingredients, find the right formula to enhance the flavors with authenticity. The kitchen is a palette where, like a painter with colors, Natale Martucci mixes the ingredients to create small works of art born of his creativity but intended for everyone, for their pleasure.

The variety of fresh vegetables, extra virgin olive oils, the best pastas, bread and ancient grains, fresh fish from our sea, cheeses and meats are the elements of the great gastronomic puzzle that become experience in the dishes of the Peregrine Falcon.

The opportunity to visit the restaurant's organic garden, led directly by the chef, to collect and eat his vegetables very fresh, will also bring you back to an authentic dimension of contact with nature, mother of all flavors.
