"It is not forbidden to enter the kitchen" is the motto of Pietro Zito, a peasant chef (as he likes to define himself) who hides behind his shyness a gastronomic culture learned from his ancestors and perfected on the field.  

The kitchen in which "it is not forbidden to enter" is that of Antichi Sapori, a cult restaurant in Montegrosso, a hamlet of Andria (BAT) famous for the authenticity of the products and for the taste of the typical recipes of the Puglia region.  

To inspire the dishes of Antichi Sapori is the love for tradition, respect for the raw material, seasonality and excellence of the ingredients of the biodynamic vegetable garden - authentic garden of delicacies of fresh products - cultivated by the chef and available to customers who want to collect products for their lunch.
