Giovanni, who has been taking care of this restaurant together with his family for over 40 years, has two things at heart: his land and what it gives. And this love has allowed him to transform raw materials of the highest quality, at Km. 0, into dishes with an unmistakable flavor. The small vegetable garden, a stone's throw from the restaurant, represents the dream of the family that runs the restaurant: serving dishes "from the ground to the table".
