Santa Lucia was born in the heart of the Roman Littoral Nature Reserve, one of the gems of the national protected area system This structure, which includes rooms, suites and a restaurant, was designed to offer a body, aesthetic and psychological experience of nature and is completely green.

The kitchen celebrates the encounter between the culinary art of Maccarese and those of the settlers who arrived here for reclamation businesses, starting from the 19th century.
