"From the love for Nature ... the Quality of Life" is the motto of Ristoro Agrituristico Carleo, created by the De Giorgi farm which has been engaged in fruit and vegetable production using traditional methods for over 50 years.

Established in 2004, the Carleo Agrituristic Refreshment finds a home in Melendugno, in Salento. Here the company's products, local products and national products are transformed to bring nutritious dishes, flavors and colors of the Mediterranean diet to the table.

Particular attention is therefore paid to the freshness of the products with which it always intends to meet the tastes, desires and, what matters most, the well-being of the guests.
