They do not like to call it a starred restaurant, but a luxury "trattoria": Alchimia, an informal Milanese restaurant with attention to every detail, stands out for its comfortable reception, signature cuisine and a relaxed and easy atmosphere.

Alberto Tasinato, Giuseppe Postorino, Valerio Trentani, Ilario Perrot respectively patron, chef, sommelier director, thanks to important professional experiences gained in the world of catering, have created the perfect synthesis between lounge bar and kitchen and have chosen the name L'Alchimia inspired by art halfway between science and magic landed in Europe in the Arab world.

The menu proposed by chef Postorino points to a creativity that is understandable to everyone, not forced but reassuring, intriguing and contemporary. In fact, at L’Alchimia the gourmet ingredients are combined with captivating raw materials of absolute quality and freshness. The result are symbolic dishes of the city of Milan, such as the cutlet and the Milanese risotto, revisited by the chef in a gourmet key with a touch of Romanity.

The wine cellar is an important part of the restaurant with over 600 references, both known and sought after, in particular Italian and French bubbles.
