Zilletta di Brancia

Born from the dream of Leonardo Petruccelli, a young agronomist and fourth of a generation of millers, Zilletta di Brancia is a naturally organic company at the foot of the Gargano where stone-ground cereals are produced directly in the company of the only existing artisan stone mill in the Tavoliere of Puglia.

Today Leonardo cultivates 40 hectares of land and produces quintals of Bianchetta and Senatore Cappelli soft wheat. The semolina is also used for pasta, which is slow-drying bronze drawn by Casa Principe in the Monte Sant’Angelo (FG) plant.
