The Fratelli De Luca Salad & Juice Bar project was born from the passion for healthy cooking and Italian gastronomic traditions. Luca de Luca wanted to propose a model of gastronomy that brings with it health, well-being and taste in a traditional “unusual” place in the Roman panorama, but which is well suited to the different dynamics of the day.

The frenetic rhythms can be stressful, so the Fratelli De Luca project wants to meet the needs of all those people who, for their break, opt for a meal that is fast, but healthy and tasty.

The place has become an oasis in which to delight the palate with products of great excellence and which respect the values ​​of sustainability: the strengths are the cold dishes and salads, which can be composed in the most pleasing way, having the possibility to choose among many ingredients proposed by us until you find the combination that is most satisfying. For the winter, the proposal shifts to velvety, soups and potato cakes.

That of the BROTHERS is a small reality, which however tries to offer a wide and varied proposal, also suitable for a half-day snack and / or tea break.
